- Generate 14 sales worth $31.462
- Increase quotes by $17.167
- Increase google organic clicks by 81% when compared to the previous 4 months
- Increase organic sessions by 92.3% when comparing the same period year over year
How we Increased Sales by $20.313 and Organic Clicks by 81% in 4 months?
- We rewrote all the written content on category pages and the home page.
- We updated urls, SEO page titles and H1 headers on each category page
- We re formatted each category page to include proper formatting and wide variety of semantically related entities on headers
The Client and the Website
Our client is a B2B business based in Australia. They have a wide reach within Australia but they also sell products to New Zealand through a separate website with a different domain name.
Without a physical presence in New Zealand (not even a Google my business profile), their NZ website is all they have to market their products to that market and it has always struggled to perform in organic search.
Even though their website is old, it had no authority or organic rankings whatsoever.
The Results
After 4 months of implementing our on page recommendations and updating the content on all category pages of the website we drove an additional 201 sessions (30.8% increase) compared to the previous 4 months
Compared to the previous year to correct for seasonality (Christmas is the slowest period for B2B businesses), we see the true increase of 92.3% of sessions.
Looking at Google Analytics we can see how sessions increased during the slowest period of the year compared to the otherwise stable performance across the previous months.
